ORDER _
' THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 14th day of August, -
1979, upon Respondent's Motion to Dismiss, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is, ~ ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent pay to the Petitioner
the sum of $100.00 per month, plus an additional $2.00 for payment -
of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support-payments. These
payments are to begin on the first day of September, 1979., and there-.
after on the first day of each and every month until the arrearage due
under the Order of this Court dated February. 2, 1978, in the amount
of $415.00 (as of August 6, 1979) shall be fully paid; PROVIDED, HOW-
EVER,-that Petitioner shall grant telephone visitation to Respondent,
with-his son, STEVEN GREENSPAN. Said payments shall be made in cash,
by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit
-
t.
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Erie County
Support Collection Unit, P. O. Box 426, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, ~
New-York 14202.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that due to the emancipation

of STEVEN GREENSPAN the Petition for child. support is hereby dismissed. f~
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort. Pierce, Florida,
this day of August, 1979.
