TAIS CAUS$ was duly presented by the Office of State Attorney,
and the Respondent-having. been present~in Court, and the Court being
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the .Petitioner
for the benefit of. SUMMER MITTLER, born July 23, 1976, and ADAM MITTLER,
born October 31, 1978, minor children, the sum of $400.00 per month,
plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and
disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the first
_ day of September, 1979, and thereafter on the first of each and every
month; that said payments .shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or
by postal money order to the Clerk of Circuit Court of- St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the~said Clerk shall trans-
mit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement. Section,- 1317 Wine-
wood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State
of Alabama as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If
the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative
Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward
all support to: Dovie McCollum, Register of Circuit Court, Madison
County Court House, Huntsville, Alabama 35801, (Alabama Reciprocal
No. DR79-2639) PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Petitioner comply with the
terms and conditions hereinafter set forth..
.The Petitioner shall provide the Respondent with the following
visitation:
i. The Respondent shall have the right-to have the child(ren)
visit with him during the Thanksgiving holiday.
