The, Respondent shall have the right to have the child(ren)
visit with him during the second half of the Christmas holiday. .
(3) The Respondent shall have the right to have-the child(ren)
visit with him during the spring vacation every other year, commencing`.
with said vacation of. 1980.
(4) The Respondent shall-have the right to have the child(ren)
f visit with him for one. month during the summer] said month to be of-the.
Respondent's choice.
. (5) The Respondent shall give the Petitioner notice of travel
arrangements for the child(ren) thirty (30) days in advance.
(6) All reasonable travel expenses for the visitation in-
curred on behalf of the child(ren) visiting with the Respondent shall
. be paid by Respondent. -
(7) The above mentioned terms of visitation shall not apply
to the child, ADAM MITTLER, until he reaches three (3~) years of age.
Failure of either party to comply with the terms of this
Order shall constitute contempt of Court.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may
be deemed equitable.- ~ _ ~ -
