PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING
SALE OF REAL PROPERTY.
THE UNDERSIGNED, as attorney for the Personal Representa-
tive of the above estate, alleges:
1. PARRIELEE REITT died on June 12, 1979 and on the dZ
day of -July, 1979, Letter of Administration was issued appoint-
ing WILLIAM P. OUTLAW as Personal Representative of the above
estate.
2. THE SAID~Wi~ll,did not contain a Power of Sale.
3. THAT all the named beneficiaries of .the said real pro-
perty contained in the decedent's Last Will have consented and -
stipulated to the sale of the .following descibed Real Property.
South 150 feet of iot 5, of Subdivision -
of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
section 4, Township 35 South Range. 40 East
as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4
page S1, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
A copy of the CONSENT to Sale Real Property is attached hereto
and Marked Exhibit "A".
4. The said personal Representative deems it to be in the
best interest of the said estate that the aforedescibed real
~oF~a property be sold. That said Real Property is not being used by

a," anyone at this time and the house is only depreciating in value

and it will be to the best interest of the estate to sell the
said Real_ Property at this time will aid in the paying of cost
of administration.
