I, WILLIAM H. SCHULZ, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and

Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Willa and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.

I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be .
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
- II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
real and personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before
or after the execution of this Will, I devise to SUN BANK OF ST.
L,UCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor, as Trustee
of the WILLIAM H. SCHULZ REVOCABLE TRUST. In the event I have
revoked said Trust during my lifetime, I devise said residue of
my estate as follows:

A. ONE-HALF (1/2) thereof, to my niece, MARIE
ECKFELD, 2582 Glen Echo Drive, Columbus, Ohio,
43202, if living, and if not, to my niece, NELLIE =
SHAW, 5279 Pageantry Street, Long Beach, Califor-
nia, 90808, if living, and if not, in equal shares
- to the then living children of NELLIE SHAW;
B. ONE-HALF-(1/2) thereof, to my niece, NELLIE
SHAW, if living, and if not, in equal shares to
the then living children of NELLIE SHAW.
III.
I appoint SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce,
Florida, or its successor, as personal representative of my es-
tate, and grant unto it, in addition to the powers conferred by
the laws of the State of Florida, the power, without Court"Order,
