The undersigned petitioner alleges: '
1. Petitioner's residence is Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and petitioner's post office address is 1220 Avenue B,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. JOHN RICHARD SWILLING is an incompetent, whose date of
birth .was 1/10/37, who is 43 years of age, and whose social security
number is 219-34-7881.. The residence of the incompetent is Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida and the post office address of
the incompetent is 1222. Avenue 8, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is paranoid
Schizophrenia, as adjudged by the Circuit Court in St. Lucie
County, Florida on October 28, 1966.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person and _
property be appointed for the incompetent.
5. The approximate value and description of-the incompetent's
property are:
$1,500 - checking account Florida Bank
17,000 -(approx. $5,000 cash remainder and stocks)
12,000 - home and furniture -
(NOTE: The above property makes up the Estate of Eva R.
Swilling, the incompetent's mother, and he is the sole
