the incompetent resides in this county and the ~roperty is in -

8. KILLIAM CLARK TROY, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, is sui juris and otherwise qualified under the la s of
Florida to act as quardiain of the person and property of the
incompetent,. and is entitled to preference because he has known
the incompetent and his family for approximately twenty (20)
years.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the infor~aa-
tion required by Florida law and by the applicable Florida Rules -
of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not .set forth in
full above cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely
affect the incompetent or the incompetent's property.
WREREFORE, petitioner requests that he, WILLIAM CLARK TROY,
- be appointed as guardian of the person and property of the
