FINAL JUDGMENT _
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for. trial the 14th day of August, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds .and determines: this-Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
.relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; .
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ROBERT EUGENE BURKE and MABEL
W. BURRS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- _
tions arising therefrom.-
2. MABEL W. BURKE be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of MABEL W. HURLEY.
3. ROBERT EUGENE BURRS shall pay to Sullivan & Cobb,
attorneys for the Wife herein, the sum of $300 to apply on their
fee for their services herein.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida i day of August, 1979.
