terms and provisions of such Final Judgment.
3. The parties further agree that the Notice of Lis
Pendens recorded on November 8, 1978 in Official Records Book
29? at Page 1736 of the public records of St. Lucie County,_

Florida, should be discharged and canceled of record upon the
filing of this Stipulation with the Court. •
4. _The parties further agree that the original Note and
Mortgage filed with the Court should forthwith be returned
directly to counsel for Defendants and photographic copies
substituted for the same in the Court file.
