- FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of August, 1979
and the parties hereto and their respective counsel of record
having stipulated in open court and the Court having.given
full consideration to such stipulation and the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relatian of husband and
- wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
- solved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between WILLIAM A. BIGGER and BONITA
C. BIGGER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties-

and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. After birth, custody of the unborn child with which
BONITA C. BIGGER is now pregnant shall be awarded to BONITA C.
BIGGER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM A.
BIGGER.
3. Commencing one week after the birth of the unborn
child with which BONITA C. BIGGER is now pregnant, WILLIAM A. BIGGER
shall pay to BONITA C. BIGGER the sum of $20 each and every week
for the support of said child.
