Sach payment shall be .:.sde to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to BONITA C. BIGGER. In addition
W there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to deep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this

order is in effect.
WILLIAM A. BIGGER shall execute and deliver to
BONITA C. BIGGER a promissory note in the amount of $2,000 without
interest, payable $10 each week commencing November 15, 1979. In
the event WILLIAM A. BIGGER defaults in any payment thereof then
the unpaid balance of said note shall bear interest from such date
at the rate of eight percent per annum, and the owner shall have
the option of declaring the full amount of the then unpaid. balance
to be due and owing.
5. WILLIAM A. BIGGER shall be entitled to the exclusive
ownership and possession of: the 17' Starfire boat and 100 h.p.
j motor, one horse, all dogs, 30-30 Marlin rifle, Sears Coldspot
freezer,.kitchen table and chairs, couch and chair, horse shoeing
tools and forge and one-half of the silverware which was a wedding
gift from Rev. Lennard. -
6. BONITA C~. BIGGER shall be entitled to the exclusive
ownership and possession of the 1977 Ford Pickup truck and shall
be responsible for the payment of any lien thereon. _
7. BONITA C. BIGGER shall be entitled to the exclusive
ownership and possession of, and the right to remove from the
marital dwelling the following: .22 pistol, washer, dryer, chair,
stool, one-half of the silverware which was a wedding gift from

Rev. Lennard, personal effects and other knickknacks and personal
property not hereinabove set out.
