mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), with interest as
therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said Ann Willis Houk, Thomas F. Willis, Jr., James J. Willis,

dually and lcathy Willis Anderson, Thomas F. Willis, Jr., James J. Willis, and
St. Lucie County Bank (now Sun Bank of St. Lucie County) as Trustees under the
will of Thomas F. Willis deceased have requested the said SUN BANK OF FORT .
PIERCE (now SUN BANK OF ST..LUCIE COUNTY) to release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from~the lien and operation
of said Mortgage:
.NOW THEREFORE: KNOW YE, That the said SUN BANK OF FORT PIERCE (now SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY) as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
---$10.00 and other valuable consideration, to it paid by the said Ann Willis
Houk, Thomas F. Willis, Jr., James J. Willis, Kathy Willis Anderson, William
Jude Willis, Mary Willis, Michael Willis, individually and Kathy Willis Anderson,
Thomas F. Willis, Jr., James J. Willis, and St. Lucie County Hank (now Sun Bank
of St. Lucie County) as Trustees under the will of Thdaas F. Willis, deceased
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise; release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortgage unto the said- Ann Willis Houk, Thomas F. Willis, Jr.,
James J. Willis, Kathy. Willis Anderson, William Jude Willis, Mary Willis, Michael
Willis, individually and Kathy Willis Anderson, Thomas F. Willis, Jr., James J.
Willis, and St. Lucie County Bank (now Sun Bank of St. Lucie County) as Trustees
under the will of Thomas F. Willis, deceased,.their heirs and assigns, all that
piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:

Lot 5, Block 1, of the SUBDIVISION OF PART OF BLOCK °L°, CITY OF
FORT PIERCE (sometime known as RECEIVER's SUBDIVISION), according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 35, of the public records of
St. Lucie County,Florida.

that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or dimish the effect,
lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said
mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
of the holder thereof.
