Trustees under the Will of Thoum~as~ F . Wf llie , deceased, as and
for the benefit flf JOSEPH WILLiS, BiLBBN WILLIS and EDWARD
WILLi$, and THOMAS F. WILLiS, JR. and JAMES J. WILLiS, as
guardians of the property of EILEBN WILLIS and EDWARD. WILLIS;
hereinafter called the Borrower and SON BANR.OF 3T. LUCIB
COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation, with its principal
place of .business at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as Lender.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 1978, Borrower
executed to Lender an additional collateral mortgage recorded
In O. R. Book 291, page 592, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, which mortgage was given as additional security
to that certain mortgage dated May 17, 1976, recorded in O. R.
Book 263, at page 2631, public records of St. Lucie County, - -
Florida, and Borrower executed and delivered to Lender the
promissory note for $35,000.00, payable on or before ninety
(90) days from date, and bearing interest at the rate of 9-1/2
percent per annum; and
~iEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforemen-
tioned $35,000.00 promissory note fs secured by a mortgage
given by Borrower to lender on the following described land
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 16, SURFSIDE UNIT TWO, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
11, page 8, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida..
