RS3OLUTION NO. 79-69
WHEREAS, the Hoard of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, held a public hearing on the 7th day of August, 1979,.
after first publishing a notice of said hearing. in the News Tribune
at Fort Pierce, Florida on the 18th day of July, 1979 on closing,
vacating and abandoning that portion of the following described
right of way and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St.Lucie
County and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion
of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida. described as
follows:
The unnamed 50 feet wide right of way lying within the
following desc~cibed property: ~ .
All of Blocks 1 and 2 of Yilla Vista Subdivision as per
.plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 27 of the
public records of St.Lucie County, Florida, lying north
of the north right of way of Interstate I-95
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in
and to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion
of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest
of the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim
f and renounce any right of St.Lucie County and the public in and to
the lands lying within said right of .way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEb by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Floridan in meeting assembled this
7th day of August, 1979, as follows: ~ }
1. That portion of~a public road in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:
The unnamed 50 feet wide right of way lying within the
following described property:
All of Blocks 1 and 2 of Villa Vista Subdivision as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 27 of the _
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida lying north
of -the north right of way of Interstate I-95.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the land lying
within said right of way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. What a Notice of .Adoption of this resolution shall be
published in the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida one time
