RESOLUTION NO. 79-68
WHBRSAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, held a public hearing on the 7th day of August, 1979, after

first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune at
Fort Pierce,.Florida on the 20th day of July, 1979, pn closing,.
vacating and abandoning that portion of the following described right -
of way and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County
and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion of said
right of way in St. Lucie County,. Florida described as follows:
The west 60 feet of the~North 210 feet of Lot 180 and the
west 60 feet of the south 128,54 feet o~ Lot 180 and the
west 60 feet of the north 200 feet-of Lot 181, all lying
~d ~~ie~ a part of Maravilla Gardens Subdivision, Unit 3
as per plat thereof in Pl$t Book 6, page 62, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (South Mayflower
Road)
and - -
WHEREAS, AT SAID PUBLIC HEARING THERE were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in _
and to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion
of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest -
of the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim
and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and }
to the lands lying within said right of way. {

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-

sinners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this

7th day of August, 1979, as follows:
1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County,- Florida
described as follows:
The west 60 feet of the north 210 feet of Lot 180 and the
west 60 feet of the south 128.54 feet of Lot 180 and the
west 60 feet of`the north 200 feet of-Lot 181, all lying i
and being a part of Maravilla Gardens Subdivision, Unit 3
as per plat thereof in Plat Book 6, page 62, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida (South Mayflower Road)
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the land lying
within said right of way-is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
