MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
.COMES NOW the wife, Juanita Foster, by and through her
undersigned attorney, and moves the clerk of the court to
eater a default judgment against the husband, Edward R. Foster,
in the above entitled cause upon the ground that said husband
failed to appear, plead or file any written defenses, as re-
quired by law, to.the petition herein after service by publi-
cation was made upon said husband.
