THIS.CAUSE having come on for final hearing on the Petition
of JAMES STEPHEN DIXON.to change his name to JAMES STEPHEN WISE, and
the Court having taken testimony of the Petitioner, and being otherwise
fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition is granted; it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the name of JAMES STEPHEN DIXON
shall be and it is hereby changed to JAMES STEPHEN WISE.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
