PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, EDWARD D. MYCOFF, as Personal Representative
of the above estate, respectfully alleges to the Court as follows:
1. Part of the assets of the estate consists of:
MARTIN' S SUBDIVISION, West half E~) of North half
of Lot 3 and South half of Lot 3, recorded in
O. R. Book 265 at Page 2382, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Tax Parcel Number: 2301-601-0004.000/3
2. The Petitioner considers that it is expedient,
necessary and to the best interest of the estate to sell the above-
described real property in order to provide funds for payment of
attorneys fees, administration costs, and the bequests under the
Will.
3. A signed contract for sale, conditioned upon Court
approval, has been received from JOHN G. and HOLLY R. CANNON to
purchase the above-described real property from the estate for
$32,000.00, the terms of the sale being as follows:
$10,000.00 cash, with a purchase money mortgage in the
amount of $22,000.00, to be paid in monthly payments
of $328.04 for eight (8) years with interest at the
rate of 9~$.
4. The consents of DON MYCOFF and ERNESTINE SAUNDERS,
the only beneficiaries other than Petitioner having an interest
in said real property, are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks for an Order authorizing the
- sale of the above-described real property upon the terms and
conditions set forth above.
