ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon
the Petition of EDWARD D. MYCOFF, as_Personal Representative
of the Estate of EDWARD W. MYCOFF, Deceased, for sale of certain
real property, and the Court having reviewed .the Petition, the
Consents of all the beneficiaries having an interest in the
property, and having determined. that it is in the best interest
of the estate that the real property be sold in order to provide
funds for payment of attorney's fees, administration costs,
and the bequests under the Will, and that the best interest
of the estate will be served by a sale of the property to
JOHN G. and HOLLY R. CANNON for $32,000.00 on the terms set
forth in the Petition, it is therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that EDWARD D. MYCOFF, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of EDWARD W. MYCOFF, Deceased, is
authorized to sell the real property described as follows: -
MARTIN'S SUBDIVISION, West half (W~) of North-
half (N~) of Lot 3 and South half (S~) of Lot 3, t
recorded in O. R. Book 265 at Page 2382., Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Tax Parcel Number: 2301-601-0004.00013
for $32,000.00 to-JOHN G. and HOLLY t CANNON.
