The above named matter came on for hearing before the undersigned
pursuant to Notice of Hearing and Motion to determine the notice necessary.
Upon the Motion of Harold Shear, Attorney for Petitioner, it is hereby:
ORDERED:
THAT, the Petition be heard at the St. Lucie County Courthouse before
the undersigned on September 24, 1979 at 9:30 A,M., and.
THAT, Notice of said Hearing in the form attached hereto be sent by
ordinary mail to all property owners in the following described subdivision:
PORT ST,.LOCIE FLORESTA PINES UNIT II, a subdivision in St. Lucie
County, Florida, according to~the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 16, Pages 37 through 37C, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
and as shown on current tax roll and that a copy of said Notice be published
for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper having general circulation
~ within the area.
