JOINT MOTION FOR DISMISSAL
COME NOW the Plaintiffs, KENNETH SHAFFER, a minor, ,
by and through his mother and next friend, CAROL NEWTON,
and CAROL NEWTON, individually; and the Defendants,' RICHARD
ENGLISH and THE EASTERN INSURANCE COMPANY, and respectfully
move this Court for the entry of an Order dismissing this
cause with prejudice, and would show unto the Court that
the Defendants., RICHARD ENGLISH and THE EASTERN INSURANCE
COMPANY, have. made an offer to settle and compromise the
issues and damages in this action, and have jointly
petitioned-this Court for an Order approving settlement,-
! which was so ordered by this Court on the day of
