OF CLAIM OF LI
This Withdrawl And Cancellation Of Claim Of Lien,
executed on this day of April, 1979, by NOW CORPORATION
INC., a Florida Corporation, of Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie
County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as NOW CORPORATION.
and GREENBRIAR PLAZA, INC., a Florida Corporation, herein-
after referred to as GREENBRIAR PLAZA, INC.
In consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars
and other valuable considerations, receipt of which~is hereby
acknowledged, NOW CORPORATION voluntarily and knowingly ex-
ecutes this Withdrawl And Cancellation Of Claim Of Lien with
the express intention of withdrawing and cancelling that
certain Chaim Of Lien as herein designated.
NOW CORPORATION, with the intention of binding it-
self, it's legal representatives and assigns, does expressly
withdraw and cancel that certain Claim Of Lisn filed for re-
cord on December 29, 1978, and recorded in O.R. Book 300,
Page 1722-1723, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
NOW CORPORATION by the execution of this Withdrawl

And Cancellation Of Claim Of Lien does elect not to exercise
it's remedy under Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, to foreclose
upon the"said Claim Of Lien against GREENBRIAR PLAZA, INC.
However, NOW CORPORATION does expressly reserve unto itself
any and all•causes of action and all other remedies, which it
possesses against GREENBRIAR PLAZA, INC. r
