AFFIDAVIT OF PARTNERSHIP
STATB OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Allen F. Green, Sr., who being first duly sworn on oath
deposes and says as follows:-
- 1. That affiant's name is Allen F. Green, Sr.
2. That affiant is a general partner of Allen F. Green Enter-
prises, a Limited Tennessee Partnership authorized to do business
in the State of Florida and has full and rightful authority to
execute this affidavit on behalf of said partnership.
3. That a certified copy of the Certificate of Authority
granting Allen F. Green Enterprises, a Limited Tennessee Partnership,
the right to conduct business in Florida is on file with the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That a fully executed copy of the Limited Partnership
Agreement of Allen F. Green Enterprises, Limited, is on file in the
-law offices of Richard D. Sneed, Jr., P.A., 700 Virginia-Avenue,
Suite 102 - Sun Bank Building, Fort Pierce, Florida.
S. That this affidavit is being given for the purpose of
inducing Mitchell S. Meyers and George~Meyers, as Trustees, to
purchase land from the Limited Partnership. -
6. Further affiant-sayeth naught.
