BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared RALPH CAIN III and $F:TTY L. CAIN, his wife, who, being
first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That they are the owners of the following described
property. to wit:
Lot 11, Block.5, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-FIVE,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 13, page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That they w're married prior to July 31, 1974 and said
marriage continued without interruption until August 15, 1979.
