LUCIE COUNTY, FLORTOA CASE NO. 79-157-FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF PAUL RANDALL ROGERS, Husband and ~~Qa TOMI LOUISE ROGERS, Wife _ ORDER OF COURT This, Cause came on for hearing on the 10th day of August, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and detenaines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the Parties-and subject matter of this suit; _ That the marriage between the Husband and Wife was dissolved by Order of -Court on the 4th day of April, 1979; That by said Order of Court, the Husband was granted reasonable visitation rights of the minor child and the Husband was tq give the Wife twelve hours notice in the event-that he desired to remove the minor child from the residence of the Wife; ' And further the Court finds that the Wife has not complied with said Order of Court. It is thereupon, i E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. -The Husband shall give the Wife twelve hours notice in the event that he desires to remove the minor child from the residence of the Wife. 2. After receiving twelve hours notice, the Wife will make whatever appropriate arrangements are necessary for the Husband to remove the 'r minor child without necessity of the Husband's parents accompanying him. 3. The Husband will be permitted to remove the minor child from whatever location the minor child may be after giving the Wife twelve hours notice, without the necessity of the Husband's parents or anyone else accompanying him. ~31~ P~2'~9 - JAMES & LESNIAK, P.
