In picking up the minor child at whatever location the minor child may be, it will not be necessary for the Husband to send someone else in his place but will be permitted to remove the minor child on his own. 5. If the Husband is not permitted to remove the minor child from whatever location he may be, after giving the Wife twelve hours notice, the Wife shall be deemed to be in contempt of this Order and in contempt of Court. 6. Each Party shall be responsible for and pay their own attorneys' fees and costs. 7. Jurisdiction of this Cause and of the Parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders herein as equity may require.
