THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Petitioner's
Objection to Motion to Produce, and the Court having heard argu-
- ments of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife's Objection to Motion-to Produce is well-
founded because the subject matter of the Husband's Motion to
Produce is not at issue as the issues are gamed from the
pleadings.
- 2. The Husband, should he elect to go into the issues
which are the subject matter of his Motion to Produce, is hereby
granted twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to amend
his pleadings. -
