THIS CAUSE coming oa to be heard on the plaintiff's affidavit or
complaint for Prejudgment Writ of Replevin,- and the Court having
examined the file herein and finding that said affidavit or complaint
fully complies with the provisions of F. S. 78:068, therefore, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That said plaintiff post a bond in the amount _
of twice the value of the-goods subject to the
writ or twice the balance remaining due and
owing, whichever is lesser. _
2. That, upon posting of said bond, the Clerk of
the Court shall issue a Prejudgment Writ of
Replevin and Swnmons to the Sheriff of Broward
County, Florida, who is hereby commanded to
replevy and take into his custody the following:
