THIS CAUSE, coming on to be heard upon the complaint heretofore
filed by the Plaintiff to obtain an order authorizing the issueance
of a writ or replevin prior to Judgment and the Court having examined
the_Complaint and on further showing of the Plaintiff to supporrt it,
the Court finds .that the Defendants have not waived their right to be
heard and notified and upon consideration thereof it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, as follows:
