the preceding paragraph the serving officer shall place a copy
of the. Order togethor with the copy of .the Summons and Complaint
on or in the claimed property, or the main entrance to the
Defendant's residence. '
4. That the non-personal service~of process as provided
herein shall be effective to afford Notice to the Defendants
of the shave cause Order and for no other purposes.
5. That the Defendants shall have the right to file affidavits

in their behalf with t or may appear personally or by
way of an attorney and present testimony in their behalf at -
the time of hearing or the Defendants may, upon finding by the
Court, that-the Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the claimed
property, pending final adjudication of the claims of the Partfes
file with the Court a written undertaking by a surety, approved
by the Court, in an amount equal to the value of the property
to stay an order authorizing the delivery of the property to
the Plaintiff.
6. That if the Defendants failt to appear, they shall be
deemed to have waived their right to a Hearing and that in such
cases, the. Court may order the Clerk of this Court to issue a -
Writ of Replevin.. _
