TEME'ORARY MANDATORY INJUNCTION
UPON HEARING of sworn testimony and examination of other
evidence presented by both parties, this Court, being fully
apprised of the premises, does find that the Defendant, EUGENE.
GIBBON, has trespassed upon. the personal property of the Plaintif
.HAZEL MAEOLA HAYNES, has inflicted emotional distress upon her,
and has unlawfully evicted her, and that, as a result of the
actions of EUGENE GIBBON, Plaintiff HAZEL ~AEOLA HAYNES is

can most effectively and appropriately be afforded throu h

injunctive relief.

a thorough and complete search through the rubble of the house
at 443 Douglas Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida for any and all items
~ ~ of .personal property belonging to the Plaintiff, including any
cash, food stamps, dishes or pieces of dishes, and any and all
} other articles of reasonably small size, and package such items
~ neatly and. securely and deliver them to Plaintiff's attorney, ex-
cept that any cash or food stamps may be delivered~to the
E Plaintiff directly, such search to be completed no later than

midnight, August 19, 1979;
2. Either restore the premises at 443 Douglas Court to
i` a reasonably habitable condition and restore the Plaintiff to the
occupancy thereof, or, in the alternative. and until such time as
the premises are restored, afford the Plaintiff and her dependent
