ORDER
This. cause coming on to be heard on Defendants-' Motion to
Compel discovery, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
for the parties, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall produce for inspec-
tion and photographing the motorcycle which is the subject matter of
this action on or before 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 17, 1979, and
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon failure of the~Plaintiff to
comply with the provisions of this Order that Plaintiff CATHRINE
RAY'S claim for property damages shall be stricken from the Complaint.
