Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclmowledges
that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUPaiINSON ISLAND
is subject in every respect to they Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, Dopy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
• ~ plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
daratioln and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and peclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclviowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmvwledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and sanage-
meet of the CondominirLw property and is in the best interests • and for the benefit of -
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiue covenant and agree_to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium-and Exhibits attached thereto.. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confines and approves all of the tenas and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
aiiniual and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees-that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association decuonents referr~ed-to above and the provisions-thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclanowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners'~Association
has enambered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel. being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comeon expenses and the sums due under the Property Owners Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may .one be relied except where the .same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
"in said Declaration of•Condc+slinium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
