KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Edward J . Lewis and '
Cherlyn L. Lewis, his wife
dated August 17 1976 ,and recorded
in tha public records of St. LUCie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 256 on page
762 ,securing the payment of the sum of ---------_THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND

covering property in the County of St. LUCie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has rsceived full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, end lath hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and ro the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
