1. On January 30, 1979, this Court entered an Order- di-
recting that certain properties be conveyed to LUCILLE M. HOWE by
the estate of HOWARD F. HOWE (a photocopy of said Ordex is at-
tached hereto). _
2. The subject property has in fact been conveyed by the
estate of HOWARD F. HOWE to LUCILLE M. HOWE-and the parties there-
fore hereby stipulate-and agree that the above-captioned cause be
dismissed with prejudice and further that the accounting firm of
