- PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of Matthew Btatne Hand of Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, a minor alleges:
1. The need for the continwtion of this guardianship no longer exists
by reason of the fact that the assets of this estate are less than the
amount allowed under F. S. 744.301 (2~. -
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a full and
correct account of alt receipts and disbursements of alt the wards property
of which petittoner has control since the last return filed herein, which
return includes a statement of the wards assets.
3• Petitioner represents that no notice is required.
MIEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving all
accountings not prevtously approved and discharging petitioner as gwrdian
and releasing the surety, Reliance Insurance Company, on Petitioner's bond
from further liability.
