6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate are as follows:
Real Property (approximate): $ 23,70b.00
Personal Property (approximate) 192,000.00
$215,700.00
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated October 17,
1975, and subscribed by CHARLES E. BECHT-and JUDITH L. VASSAR, as -
attesting witnesses, is in the possession of this Court.
WHEREFORE,. Petitioners request that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that they be appointed co-personal representa-
tives of-the Florida Estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of per3ury, we declare that we have read -
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our
knowledge and belief.
