Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto
fore made .
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my .body be buried in a

SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funera
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.
THIRD .
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos~-

essed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest
whatsoever, unto my sons, WALLACE J. MANROW and J0~1 F. MANRpW,
~ in equal shares, share and share alike, per stirpes.
