ORDER CONTINUING TRIAL
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on August 15, 1979
at which time the Third Party Defendant, ROBINTECH, INCORPORATED
objected to the calling of certain witnesses.as expert witnesses
on behalf of the defendant, GORHAM CONSTRUCTION-'COMPANY. After
having heard argument of counsel and otherwise being fully advised
in the premises the Court on its own Motion .continued this trial
` until October 24, 1979.
Discovery in this action is to remain open until
five (5) days prior to the above trial date.
i The plaintiff, VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA and the defendant
ROBINTECH, INCORPORATED are given ten (10) days in which to file
E additional expert interrogatories to the defendant, GORNAM CON-
i
STRUCTION COMPAt~IY. Defendant GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is given
f five (S.) days from receipt of those interrogatories in which to answer
said interrogatories.
