This cause coming. on for hearing on the Plaintiff's
Motion for Continuance and Notion for Jury Trial, and the Court after
having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties and being
fully advised in the premises, upon consideration it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion for
Continuance is hereby granted and the trial in the above captioned matter
is hereby set for September 26, 1979, at 9:30 A.N., and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's
Motion for a trial by Jury is hereby denied.
