This cause.-having came on before the Court on the
Motion To Tax Fees-and Costs, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The Department of Transportation shall forthwith
deposit the sum of $7,280.00 in the registry of the court.
- 2. The Clerk shall thereafter issue the following
checks constituting reasonable fees and costs:
a. To Michael Brennan and Belly, Black,
Black, Wright & Earle .for attorneys' fees $6,000
b. To Larry Condict for appraisal services $ 500
c. To Jack Tierny for appraisal services $ 500
