This cause ivas heard without notice upon the Petitioner's
verified Petition, and it appearing that the injury apprehended
will be done unless this Order is entered, that this cause is one
involving the custody of a child now within the jurisdiction of this
Court, in the custody and charge of the Respondent, and the Court
being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former Wife, MARYANNE CLARK,
is ordered and directed not to herself remove, nor to permit or
f
obtain any person or persons to remove the minor child, GORDON AARON _
CLARK, beyond the lim~tts of the State of Florida, without an order
or this Court permitting removal, and to keep and retain the custody
-
and control of the minor child for production or delivery pursuant
to the orders of this Court. It is further
j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former Wife, MARYANNE CLARK,
is enjoined from doing any act in violation of this Order, and that
E any person or persons having knowledge of this Order are enjoined
from removing the minor child, GORDON AARON CLARK, outside the
limits of-the State of Florida, without an order of this Court
permitting removal.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County,
Florida, this 21st day of August, 1979.
