pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of Florida, 1965,
on hhe 11th day of December, 1975, filed a liea.against any property

owned by WILLIAM B. HANMOND, Rt. 5, Box 203, Ft. ~ierFe, Florida in
the amount of $$,718.63, said lien being recorded in OR Book 246, page
1841 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Board on the 2nd day of February, 1976 filed an
Amended LieD-in the amount of $3,498.63, said lien being recorded in
OR Book 248 at page 877 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, R
Florida, and

WHEREAS, said-Board on the 3rd day of May, 1976 filed an Amended
Lien in the amount of $2,988.63, said lien being recorded in OR Book t
251 at page 2676 of the Public Records of St. Lucie. County, Florida, and
WHERAS, said Board filed a lien against any property owned by
WILLIAM B. HAMMOND, Rt. 5,. Box 203, Ft. Pierce, Florida in the amount
of $914.30, said lien being recorded in OR Book 248, page 2382 of _
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Liens and Amended Liens have been paid in full and
should be~discharged and satisfied of record.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day

~ of August, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge the payment
and satisfaction of said liens and directs-the Clerk of the.tCircuit

Court of- said County to cancel the same of record. _ ~
