Non-Uniform Covenants 18, '19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above dascxibed master form of
mortgage and incorporate by reference hereinto shall be conatr_ue to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower aclmowledgea receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provision:

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANT'S. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows: - -
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Bon~ower. Such Future Advances, with _
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~ NONE _
