RICAARD E. KETCHAM
who being by me duly sworn, on oath, deposes and says:
1. That he is the owner(s) of the following
described property, situated in the County of St. Lucie , State of Florida,
to wit:
Lot S, Block 542, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION EIGHTEEN (18), a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, pages 17, 17 A-K, _
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. This affidavit is made for the purpose. of inducing LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE
CORPORATION to insure- title to the above described real estate in favor of
JOHN DEL GATTO and GRACE DEL GATTO, his wife as (purchaser-owner) (mortgagee).
3. That all utility bills and charges through date of closing (or delivery of
possession, as agreed) have been or will be paid.
4. That the above described property is free and clear of all liens, taxes,
encumbrances and claims of every kind, nature and description whatsoever, except
for recorded mortgages, if any, and taxes for the current year.
S. That all buildings and improvements on said property have been entirely
completed. That there have been no improvements, alterations or repairs to,-the
above described property for which the costs thereof remain unpaid, and that there
are no claims for labor or material furnished for repairing or improving the
same, which remain unpaid except the following:

6. That there are no mechancs', materialmen's or laborer's liens against the above.
described property.
7. That the personal property contained in the buildings on said property, or on the
said premises, and which, if any, is being sold to the purchaser(s) mentioned above,
is also free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, claims and demands.

8. The affiant(s) know(s) of no violations of Municipal Ordinances or State -
statutes pertaining to the ownership, renting or operation of the above described

property.
9. That no one other than this affiant now occupies or is in possession of the
above described property or any part thereof as tenant, lessee, or otherwise,
except the following:
