Records of St. Lucie County,- Florida, is one and the same person as tfie KENIVEIH
C. TRAUT, Grantor in that certain Warranty Deed dated March 1, 1974, filed March
S, 1974, recorded in Official Records Book 224, page 1678 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida:
'THAT the names on the Warranty Deed into lO•TII~'1H C. TRAUf and Mortgage
from I~TIl~'1H C. TRAUT were incorrectly prepared by the scrivener, and that
C. TROUT is one and the same person as 1~WEIN C. TRAUf, tQder the docu-
ments above-referenced. '
