AFFIDAVIT

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Che undersigned persons who upon being by me first duly sworn
did depose and say: _ -
1. That they are partners in the Florida general partner-
ship known as Federal Mall-II Associates which owns the following
described property located in the County of St. Lucie, State of -
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 1, Lindas Hill, a Subdivision according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 56 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to show the partners
and their interests and amount of ownership of the partnership at
this time, which is as follows:

agree that any real ustate owned by Federal Mall-1I Associates in
St. Lucie County, Florida may-be conveyed only by signatures of the
partners representing at least :sixty -(6(1"•) percent of the owc~ership
interest of the p.-~rtnership as shown in pi~ragraph above.
