lOt1RTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and
mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, of
which I may die seized and possessed, including any
property. over which I may have a power of appointment,
as follows:
(a) I give, devise and bequeath one-half thereof to
THE DOMINICAN FATHERS SHRINE OF ST. JUDE THADDEUS, of 1909
o Ashland Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, to be theirs absolutely
and forever, I request that suitable Masses be provided
for my Father EDWARD HANNAH, my Mother, CAEOLINE HANNAH,
and for me . -
(b) I give, devise and bequeath one-footth-thereof to
the LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR, of Toledo, Ohio, to be theirs
absolutely and forever. I request that suitable Masses be
provided for my Father, EDWARD HANNAH, my Mother CARDLINE
HAb'NAN, and for me.
f (c) give, devise and bequeath one-eighth thereof
to ST. JOSEPH'S CHURCH, of Stuart, Florida, to ~e theirs
~ absolutely and forever. I request that suitable Masses
be provided for my Father, EDWARD HANNAH, my Mother
CAROLINE HANNAH, and for me.
(d) I give, devise and bequeath one-eighth there of to
the PORT ST. LUCIE CATHOLIC'CHURCH, Port St. Lucie, Florida
to be theirs absolutely and forever, I request that suitable
Masses be provided for my Father, EDWARD HANNAH, my Mother,
CAROLINE HANNAH, and for me.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
HILDRETH BOYLE, my cousin, and JOHN M. McCARTY, attorney,
to be the Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament,
and specifically grant unto them full powers as such Co-
