4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. HILDRETH BOYLE and JOHN M. McCARTY, whose addresses are
set forth above and who are qualified under the laws of the State of
Florida to serve as co-personal representatives of decedent's Estate
are entitled to preference in appointment as personal representatives
because they are the named personal representatives in the decedent's
last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value'of the assets in this
Estate are as follows:
Real Property (approximate): ~ $33,000.00
Personal Property (approximate): 12,000.00
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated November 27,
1973, and subscribed by EDNA M. COLLETT, BARBARA-G. ARBER, and CLARKS C.
AVANT, as attesting witnesses, is in the possession of this Court.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that the Petitioners be appointed co-personal
representatives of the Florida Estate of the decedent. .
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our
knowledge and belief.
