LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:- ~ -
WHEREAS, MARGARET M. HANNAH, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died on April ~,~1979, owning assets in the State of Florida;
and .
WHEREAS, HILDRETH BOYLE and JOHN M. McCARTY have been appointed
co-personal representatives of the Estate of the decedent and have
_ performed all acts prerequisite to issuance of Letters of Administra-
tion in the Estate; .
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, declare
HILDRETH BOYLE and JOHN M. McCARTY to be duly qualified under the laws-
of the State of Florida to act as co-personal representatives of the
' Estate of MARGARET M. HANNAH, deceased, with full power to administer
the Estate according to law; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and
receive the property of the decedent; to pay the debts of the decedent

and to make distribution of the Estate according to law.
